Nandhamuri Balakrishna Beats Rajinikanth



 Nandamuri Balakrishna has apparently beaten Superstar Rajinikanth. Until recently, the unique record of a South Indian film running for highest number of days in theatre had lied with Rajini as his blockbuster Chandramukhi ran for record 891 days in Shanthi theatre in Chennai. Now pipping that record to the post, Balayya-Boyapati's Legend outwitted the record as it is heading to complete 1000-day run in a theatre in Kadapa district.  The film released on March 28, 2014 has completed 950-day-run and progressing towards 1000 days in Archana Theater in Proddutur.

Boyapati Sreenu has presented Balayya in a powerful characterization and in fact, the film also helped TDP storming to power in 2019 general elections. Several episodes in the second half of the film have coincided with then prevailing political conditions that said to have boosted the prospects of TDP

Balayya fans are on cloud nine as their favourite matinee idol rewriting the history with Legend that is proceeding for an unbelievable 4 digit 1000 days run. On this memorable moment, K Obul Reddy thanked hero Balakrishna, director Boyapati, producers Ram Achanta, Gopi Achanta, Anil Sunkara and Sai Korrapati.
